Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote MBMC STUDIO’s brand and services. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing, particularly within the joinery and decorative arts industry. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Define target markets and create personas to guide marketing efforts.
- Brand Management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to support brand initiatives.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, events, and print advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales team.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system to track leads and customer interactions.
- Public Relations and Communications
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and influencers.
- Develop and distribute press releases, case studies, and other PR materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the joinery, woodworking, or decorative arts industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
