MBMC Studios has a large team of studio and site-based artisans who specialise in the installation and decoration of some of the most beautiful rooms. From extraordinary faux finishes mimicking the beauty of marble and timber to architectural gilding, paint finishes and murals. Every finish is bespoke, each process the result of hours of research and development and each colour a custom confection.

Our Somerset workshops are renowned for the manufacture of exceptional furniture, joinery, kitchens and flooring. Joining our workshop team is an opportunity to develop both traditional woodworking skills as well as embrace the cutting edge technology that we employ to facilitate the highly accurate woodwork for which we are known.

Marketing

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote MBMC Studios brand and services. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing, particularly within the joinery and decorative arts industry. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Initial interviews are carried out on Teams followed by an in person interview at either our London Studios or Somerset Offices.

Those applying for decorative positions should expect to be asked to carry out practical tests to assess your ability to colour mix and a test more specific to your stated skill set. Our interview and testing process is friendly and informal – we value character as much as technical expertise.
